This studio is located behind a Historic New Orleans Double in the back of a corridor and is available for monthly or yearly stays! Enjoy High speed Wi-Fi, Stainless steel appliances, cute patio courtyard and free street parking! Walking to the street-car/ trolley is only a few blocks away! Blocks from UMC medical center, the court house, and canal street! Very Close to Mardi Gras Parades!!!!

This is a 15 feet by 25 ft studio with a full kitchen and a full bath! Very Tall Ceilings. Great for up to 3 guests for long term stays!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.
