Positive: Neighbor makes location horrible!!!!!
Negative: The furniture could be much better. There aren't even remotes for each TV. The neighbor directly across the street is a drug addict and racist. There is no upkeep of is property and he gets pissed if anyone parks on a public street. Comes home drunk and high and make racial slurs as well as hollers "go to a hotel".. not a comfortable environment. If you are going to continue to host from this location, to be successful you will have to buy him out of a really bad house that has no maintenance. Grass is at least two feet high. You need to figure it out.
Summary: Fair at best...
