Positive: It’s a nice, modern space with most things provided and good instructions. It is also centrally located to Woolies, Kmart, chemist, etc.
Negative: It is absolutely freezing. There are heaters in most rooms, but they do almost nothing to actually warm the place. I was only comfortable when I went down to Kmart to buy an electric blanket.
Summary: Nice, modern, but very, very cold
