The home has high ceilings, polished floorboards, open fireplaces and antique lighting set back hidden from the road in a large garden.

There is gas heating for colder months in Hobart. The bathroom has seperate bath and shower and there is a laundry with washer/dryer and second wc.
Please note on the block is a seperate one bedroom unit which can be rented out separately if available.
