This cabin has a generous 2,225sf of living space with a wrap-around porch on three sides. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 is easy and the space is perfect for 1-2 families. If you like art, you’ll be interested in seeing featured Texas art throughout the cabin. There is plenty of room to gather with friends or family, and you will find a lot to do before you even leave the cabin. A 240V, 14-50 outlet is available to guests to charge electric vehicles with your own charging cable and adapter.
In the dining room, you’ll find a large banquette dining table with plenty of room for everyone to gather round for meals, a puzzle, or a board game. The TV can also be viewed from this area. The kitchen holds service for 10, including stoneware and melamine. In the pantry you’ll find plenty of storage for groceries and supplies. The beverage center will provide cold drinks without taking up valuable space in the refrigerator. If you’re a Sudoku fan, challenge yourself or a friend to a game on our giant wall sized board.
Plenty of seating can be found in the living room: 2 leather couches and two chairs provide seating for 10. Matching leather ottomans provide additional seating when needed. A 65” smart TV provides a variety of entertainment opportunities – stream live TV through provided YouTubeTV, or login to any other streaming platform with your own accounts. Airplay is also available to mirror content from your phone, tablet or laptop. A manual drive turntable plays an assortment of albums provided in-cabin or bring your own treasures to listen to. A digital board game with over 30 board games means you’ll never open a game with missing pieces.
Each of the primary bedrooms on the first floor has a king bed, 55” smart TV, dresser, and closet. Each bedroom provides access to the patio, and an en-suite with vanity, and shower. One bedroom has a large soaking tub. You’ll also find a half-bathroom in between the two primary bedrooms.
The upstairs bedroom features barn doors that can open to the living room below or close for privacy. This room sleeps 6 in 3 twin XL cubbies and 3 twin pull-out trundles. No bunk beds to navigate! Each cubby and trundle has its own light and USB plugs. A stand-up arcade with more than 600 games will challenge even the expert gamer. The loft has its own private bathroom with shower, and a private balcony overlooking the pine trees where deer often visit early in the morning and at dusk to feed.
Outside is full of fun and relaxation. A firepit doubles as a large grill with plenty of seating for everyone around the fire. Firewood is provided for guest use. A life size Connect4 game, ladderball, bocce ball and cornhole round out the games for outdoor use. You will find plenty of seating on all sides of the patio. A hot tub in the back of the cabin is also where you’ll find an outdoor TV, along with 2 swivel chairs, a gas grill, and a gas fireplace.
General Information: This is a pet-friendly cabin. Limit of 2 dogs, under 40-lbs each with payment of pet fee. Full-size washer and dryer available in laundry closet. Large pull-thru driveway for boat parking. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available October-April. Note that this cabin uses surveillance cameras at exterior access points pointing away from the cabin.
