Newly renovated throughout, the two-bedroom semi-detached home has all the modern conveniences for a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds, ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning & heating.
A spacious fully equipped kitchen features new appliances including electric oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The cottage's original stove dating back to pre 1900 is reserved a special place in the kitchen.
The new bathroom with its floor-to-ceiling tiles and modern vanity includes separate shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have plush carpet with the second bedroom featuring french doors.
The generous laundry includes both a washing machine & heat pump dryer for your convenience.
