Unit is ADA accessible with ADA Toilet, grab bars, shower seat & hard surface floors. Home features Indoor and Outdoor Pools and hot tub.

We offer leather furniture and upgraded wood flooring and appliances. Free Wifi and Cable with HBO in all rooms.
Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Walmart or Kroger.
We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.
We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.
Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.
Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

Summary: This VRBO was a great find! It is a great location, so clean, and had everything we needed! We like to cook when we travel and I'm used to having to make do - but this kitchen was complete (the only one thing I didn't find was a cutting board)! So clean. Everything we could have thought of needing. I had a question soon after check in and the owner responded in less than 5 minutes. Great soundproofing between condos. The only things to note for others that might have sensitivities: this condo does use plug in air freshener and there is an ultrasonic critter deterrent plug in.
