Picturesque Ocean Front home located on Strand Ave. in South Beach, Tybee Island. Spacious and gorgeous, 3 bedrooms each with a tv, 2 full baths, full kitchen and laundry. Huge "L" shaped balcony has plenty of seating, sliding doors off living room and master brings plenty of sunshine and beach views inside. This condo is one of 6 in the Porpoise Point elevator equipped building. Walk to all the best restaurants, night life and Tybee Island Pier. Tybee Island's "Strand Ave." is the most sought after location with epic views of the Atlantic Ocean and South Beach. You can park the car and walk everywhere from here! Golf Carts and beach bikes can easily be rented on the Island for "fun in the sun" exploring. We are available 24/7 and on the Island if you need us, otherwise it is self check in and out. Tybee Island is known for it's laid back, quirky beach style! There are lots of shops and sites to see. Tybee has bike trails, dolphin tours, boat and kayak rentals too! Parking behind building off of 17th place for 2 cars in space #1. Garage parking is not available. Fireplace is not operable by guest for safety reasons. Washer and dryer are inside condo and available for guest use. We provide all linens, bath towels, beach towels and a starter set of toiletries.
