Negative: Ibeliebe with the record you have of our stay it is clear the owner has neglected the ‘promised’ utilities that simply did not work without hours and hours of proving the tv did not work at all, and was fixed by one of the agents on his day off to meet the excpectastion the property was advertised as. Cleaning overall maintenance was somewhat neglected, with zero instructions left to trouble shoot anything. There was no welcome pack, no milk even left to Kate coffee despite coffee machine provided. It’s the simple touches like providing milk that’s is common to all airbnbs, not o mention only one towel each for two ladies for a three night stay with no spa towels provided. We could not operate the spa as there also was no instructions on site for the guest.
Summary: as beautiful the property is, the owner has neglected necessary items they advertise as included.
