This great 6 bed room 6.5 bath house has architectural beauty that is reminiscent of the grandeur of the South. The in-ground heated pool (with electronic retractable cover) and screened porch with grill will be the perfect setting for summer fun. The two story porch welcomes lake breezes and sunsets. En suite bathrooms for most bedrooms provide comfort for family and guests. Nestled on a private cul de sac in the desirable Eiffel Tower section of Grand Beach, Michigan this home joins the feel of traditional Coastal Carolina design with all of the latest amenities, including smart home climate, lighting and security controls. Perfect easy flowing floor plan, beautiful finishes and private back yard. Southern Charm Pool House is spacious and beautiful and is located in what is arguably the best neighborhood in Southwestern Michigan. Eiffel Tower is a high-end neighborhood consisting of beautiful luxury homes with large dunegrass lots, all within walking distance of the Lake. Grand Beach is the first major township south of New Buffalo, so you are still just 5 minutes from all the shops and restaurants. The fun back yard, private pool and relaxing location are exactly what most are looking for in a luxury getaway! Southern Charm has 2 main floor bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed) and four upper level bedrooms (see property bedroom page). The spacious living room is open to the dining area and kitchen so the entire family can hang out together during meals and family time. There is a great screened porch access from the dining area that lead to the pool so you can keep an eye on the little ones. The pool is private and heated and has a remote-controlled retractable cover for safety. There is a beach access point about 300 feet from the house but it has been compromised by the high water level in Lake Michigan for the last two years. There are several other neighborhood beaches in Grand Beach so we include 2 golf cart when you stay with us so you can go to the best area beach at the time. In short, Southern Charm is just a lovely place, ready for you and your friends or family to come out and make long-lasting memories! .
