Upon entering MAKAI you will notice it has been decorated by professional designers. This luxury home in the sought after Kaiya Beach Resort welcomes you to an exclusive vacation experience.
The open concept living is an entertainer's delight with a true chef's kitchen with a gas Wolf range, large island, butler's pantry, and more. For your caffeine needs an espresso machine and a Keurig are included.
A wall of windows invites your eyes outward, to your own private pool with lounging chairs, gathering area and outdoor kitchen. This will be your favorite place to gather and relax.
This well laid out home is 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths and on the 3rd floor is a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. The detached carriage house above the garage features a king size bed and bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds.
On the second floor is your king bed master bedroom ensuite has a walk in shower as well as a soaking tub.
Bedroom two and bedroom three are also located on floor two. Both are king size bed ensuite's one with a walk in shower, one with a bathtub shower combination.
On floor three is your bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. The bath is a tub/shower combination.
Just a short walk or bike ride to the private beach you will find beautiful sugar white sand and emerald green water of the gulf. Your beach attendant will help make arrangements for your beach chairs and tables if you desire.
