It was designed in a Caribbean style, blending the local architecture in multiple pavilions with a decor of white fabrics, dark and light wood floors and mahogany. This is one of the spacious beachfront properties in St-Barths that offer a subtle blend of modernity and authenticity, while always creating a peaceful and soothing atmosphere in every part of the house.
In the main central building, the large air-conditioned living room is a pure delight, with white parquet floors, a white sofa and armchairs, under a superb high whitewashed vaulted ceiling. In the elegant and beguiling great room, time seems to pass more slowly. In the back, the modern kitchen is well equipped for self-catering or private chef services. Open on three sides to the ocean breezes, this refined living room has an amazing view over the ocean, and the magnetic Flamands beach.
At the front, a beautiful two-level terrace faces the breathtaking view. There are large teak sofas, outdoor dining and a beautiful and azure colored heated pool for delightful outdoor moments. A covered swing and deck chairs are shaded by generous umbrellas. On the lower level, remote-controlled awnings provide additional shade. You can go to the beach a few steps from the terrace. Utmost luxury in St-Barths, there is also a private tennis court near the villa's garden.
The elegance of this luxurious holiday rental villa in Saint Barth is also in the decor of its eight air-conditioned suites. Four bedrooms are located in a separate, two-floor building, across the terrace from the main pavilion. They all have large mahogany beds, except for one suite with twin beds, and each bedroom has a terrace, an en-suite bathroom and spectacular ocean views. The other four rooms are located in a two-story guest house with its own living and kitchen areas. They all have a black mahogany four-poster bed and en-suite bathrooms.
