This house has been renovated in an ecological way with wood insulation. You enter a beautiful living room of 40 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a relaxation/TV area. Separated by a sliding door, a bedroom with a double bed, a WC and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Go down a few steps to access a large bedroom with a double bed, a desk offering a view of the garden. Upstairs in the mezzanine, a rest-reading area and a bedroom with a double bed. Take advantage of the garden and the softness of Tours for meals on the lawn or under the converted barn. Enjoy autumn and winter evenings with a brand new stove with free wood supply. A garage for bicycles is at your disposal. House with disabled access.
