North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here. This suite is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (2.2 Miles), Caesars Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.3 Miles), The National WWII Museum (3.1 Miles), and the famous Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 (3.3 Miles).

Guests will have exclusive access to two suites including 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 7 bedrooms, 6 baths, laundry, shared courtyard/pool/hot tub. Guests will also enjoy a private outdoor space, exclusive to this listing, that can be found between the sidewalk and mini gold setup (this is outlined in yellow in the photos). There is designated parking with 1 reserved space per unit, and 3 overflow spaces available on a first come first serve basis.
High ceilings, 7 bright bedrooms, gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, 6 full bathrooms, all new bedding and duvets. Beautiful living rooms with large television. Plenty of free on street parking everywhere! Central AC, WIFI throughout, quarters machine laundry in the unit, plenty of free street parking in front, ironing board and iron, everything you need for a comfortable stay! Please note that these are two separate units, and are not physically linked in any way. They are on the first floor of the building (there is no elevator), located adjacent to each other, and will have two separate door entrances. There is also no parking with this unit though street parking is available nearby.
