Summary: Just returned from a phenomenal holiday to wonderful NOLA. Our group was a combination of friends and family. This property and location suited our needs perfectly; it was close enough to the city (15-minute Uber) to enjoy exploring its attractions and large enough to accommodate our group. It was so much nicer to come back after a day of exploring to gather around the large table to enjoy a drink and play a game and discuss our day's events rather than head back to a cramped hotel room with limited options. The property is beautifully decorated, but we did encounter issues during our stay and it was necessary to contact Joe. Although not able to address each issue while we were there, Joe was always prompt in returning our texts or calls and was able to fix most concerns in a timely manner. After our stay, Joe thanked us for our feedback and assured us that he will work to have items corrected for future guests. Again, these were not issues that would stop us from staying with him again, just suggestions that would upgrade his property to a full 5-star. There will always be issues that arise while staying away from home; having a property manager that responds in a timely manner is priceless.
