Le Clos des Sources welcomes you at the confluence of 3 distinctive tourist regions: the Bordeaux vineyards, Périgord (Dordogne), and Agenais (Lot et Garonne). This cottage is both secluded and close to the essentials. Located within a vast, green, hilly property, the cottage is housed in a detached house in the immediate vicinity of the owners' home. You will have access to the owners' park and swimming pool. Numerous indoor and outdoor games (boules, ping-pong, table football, badminton, etc.) are available. A private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to enjoy your meals and pleasant moments of relaxation facing nature (garden, woods, pond, vineyards). The cottage is on one level and has false levels (4 steps max). It consists of a beautiful living room with dining room and living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 160X200 bed facing a bathroom (shower, bath, double sink) with separate WC, a second bedroom with two 90X200 beds with its bathroom (shower and WC), a veranda and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, sink).
