A very pleasant living room with bay window and terrace, TV, internet access, American kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
Outside you will enjoy a private swimming pool as well as a beautiful garden, a wood or charcoal BBQ, and also a beautiful arbor located in the property on the banks of the Dordogne (perfect for an aperitif!). The property is completely private, fenced and access with electric gate.
