The fully stocked kitchen features all you would need and more to create a home cooked meal away from home. New appliances and the oven doubles as an air fryer. Countertop air fryer available as well! Wonderful home for hosting. Reclining sofa in the living and smart TV's in living and bedrooms. The covered seating on the lanai and lounge chairs by the pool are great for both relaxing and entertaining.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king size bed, smart TV and access to the screened in pool area. A soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual sinks in the en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and smart TV, and the daybed in the den make it a perfect spot to read a book or retreat.

Close to the highway for ease of arrival & departure. A short drive away from Bonita & Barefoot Beach.

The current application fees for the Reserve at Estero are $150 application fee, $40 per applicant ($45 Canadian) background check fee and $26 per applicant for a credit check. This might be waived when credit check/FICO provided
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
