We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Castin, this charming Villa of charm, with a unspoilable view on Pyrenees and the hills of Gers, secure swimming pool, of a surface of 170 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 54 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 3 700 m² and two large terraces. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, cleaning included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 54 m² with TV, sofas and armchairs;
- A fully equipped kitchen with 4 gas rings, two ovens, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine... and dining area;
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a double bed (160×200), an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, and a dressing room.
- A cellar;
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (160×200)
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A salt water swimming pool (private), secured by an electric shutter, 8×4 m heated in certain seasons (May, June, September, October, unheated in July and August), closed from 1 November to 1 May and its pool house with all comforts. A small adjoining pool of 1m×1m.
- A beautiful private garden with trees of 3,400 m², facing south with a view of the Pyrenees;
- Two large terraces, one facing south and the other facing east, with furniture and a bioclimatic pergola to enjoy the fine weather.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
The villa is ideally located in Castin, overlooking the mill to the north, in a very pleasant environment. In the town of Auch, 10 minutes away, you will find all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, and farmers' markets, especially on Thursday mornings, where you can stock up on local produce.

Castin is an old fortified village, it has in 2010 obtained the second flower in the regional competition of flowered villages. Come and discover this haven of peace and the Occitanie region by staying in this superb villa.
