It constitutes the right wing of our house and has a completely independent access, a terrace of 24 m² out of sight, a plot of private garden and a large playground. Located in the heart of our 40 hectare property, with a dominant position, on the green hills of the Gers, in the heart of Gascony, 15 minutes north of Auch, 20 minutes from Fleurance and 1 hour from Toulouse, it offers you a exceptional space for relaxation and rest, splendid views of the surrounding valleys while ensuring total tranquility.
The pieces are arranged in the shape of an "L":
- in the heart, a living room of 31 m², living-dining room, with fitted kitchen.
- on one side, a large bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathroom with shower, a mezzanine above (desk + small extra bed in 80) and an independent WC.
- on the other, a corridor serving a large bedroom, with 2 beds of 90 (or 1 bed of 180, and possibility of adding a folding baby bed), a small bedroom with 2 pull-out beds of 90, a bathroom bath with shower and WC.

Each of our rooms has new, quality bedding. For your comfort, the beds will be made upon arrival. All household linen is provided and included in the rental price.
The property, entirely organic, is hilly, easily accessible on foot: you can walk on the paths in the forest or along the fields and access the lake where it is possible to sin (equipment not provided) and go boating: calm and change of scenery guaranteed! We can admire the hinds, deer, hares and other game (hunting prohibited).
Less than 15 minutes away, you will find a Leclerc Center, pharmacy, doctor, and many shops (commercial area of Clarac, north of Auch).
The geographical location of our property allows you to discover our magnificent region: the landscapes and the traditional habitat of the Gers, country of d'Artagnan, its gentle nature, its warm light and its magnificent sunsets, nicknamed "French Tuscany" ; you will be seduced by the beauty of its panoramas, the cozy and reassuring villages, the color and life of the markets, the richness of its historical and cultural heritage, the quality of its gastronomy, and the variety of its festivities!
