Just Horsin' Around is a newly built home that offers everything you need for that little getaway to paradise. Your family will loving having their very own saltwater pool and hot tub for around-the-clock outdoor fun and relaxation. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for off-season stays. Located on the soundside in Monteray Shores, Just Horsin' Around provides guests with great community amenities including a community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and soundside pier.
This beautifully designed and furnished home is very spacious and comfortable for the whole family from the great room on the top-level where you will enjoy some family time watching movies and preparing those delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The mid-level offers three primary bedrooms with ensuite baths, so everyone can enjoy their own private retreat at the end of the night. A game room on the lower level with a wet bar will be another great place to hang out. The beautiful Corolla beaches are approximately a ten-minute walk!
You are within walking/biking distance to many local restaurants and shops and don't miss out on seeing the wild horses in the 4 wheel drive beaches just a ten-minute drive from the house.

Summary: We rented a brand new vacation house (M853: Just Horsin Around) that had the ideal location in Corolla, NC! It was short drive to the beach with plenty of parking. We were also close to cute shops and restaurants. There was a grocery store close by so we had the option to cook meals at the house as well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans and other cooking essentials. We also used the grill one night at the house. The whole house was decorated beautifully and we had plenty of space for everyone to spread out to do various activities. The communication ahead of our arrival and the keyless entry made for a streamlined check in and check out process. The pool and hot tub were ideal for our family when we had enough beach time for the day. They also had beach chairs at the house and a small sun shade that we utilized all week. That saved us from renting these things during our stay. The only negative thing about our stay was our booking experience on VRBO. The listing advertised a military discount. We booked over the weekend while Village Realty was closed. We did not want to lose the house, so we called VRBO to confirm we could book and still be credited the discount. We were advised to book. When we reached out Village Realty during business hours, we were told they could not credit us the discount since we already booked on VRBO. It was very disappointing that we were poorly advised by VRBO and that Village Realty didn’t make it right by us.
