Enjoy the convenience of this three-bedroom home, right in the heart of Vineyard Haven. The house is a 1600 ft (.3 mile) walk from the Vineyard Haven Steamship Authority ferry terminal, and it has central AC for your comfort. It is walking distance from many wonderful attractions, including the Martha's Vineyard Museum, the Black Dog Tavern, Main Street Vineyard Haven with all of it's shops and restaurants, as well as spa services at the Mansion House, Maggie's Salon, or other local venues. Car and bicycle rentals are available within walking distance as well, as is a stop on our VTA bus system route. Groceries can be purchased at our local Stop and Shop, right by the ferry terminal. Small beaches, such as Owen Park Beach, are also within walking distance. Enjoy the convenience of being right in Vineyard Haven, with easy access to all points on the island. We are currently renting for 5-night minimum stays through the end of September.
A few notes: We now have an off-street parking spot to be used exclusively by the those who rent the house. This house is our guest house, and it sits at the front of our property. We occupy a second house on the back of our property, and we have built separation fencing to provide privacy for the guest house. Thus, this house has its own, private, fenced-in backyard area with a deck and small patio. This area can only be accessed through your back door or through a private side gate that you could use to bring in bicycles, etc.
