Positive: The house is exceptional! 5 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully functional galley kitchen and a screened in porch that is to die for!!! The beds are comfortable and every evening, you get to see dozens of turkeys stop into the backyard. The location is fantastic for families, as there is a large grocery store at the top of the road.
Negative: The heat was on in the basement, which we didn't realize, so the house itself was a bit warm, but after opening some windows for a cross breeze, it was very comfortable. The electronic lock on the front door was fussy, but we had an alternate approach for access that worked fine.
