Positive: Location!
Negative: Bathroom had a small drip leak coming from a panel in the bathroom that had soaked/soiled one of the bath towels. Also the bathroom inside door handle had what appeared to be bloody fingerprints…? The good news is the front desk acted immediately when informed.
Summary: We love The Hugo and plan to make it our base when we come to NYC on weekends.
