Some other things to note to make sure this apartment is the perfect fit for you:
-Since this is a townhouse and not a skyscraper, you can certainly hear the noises of New York City. I'm a light sleeper and have no problem sleeping in the apartment, but I am from the city and am accustomed to city noises. If you are concerned about noise (from cars, subway, etc.), I provide a noise machine with both white noise options and other calming sound options (ocean, campfire, etc.). However, before booking this apartment, please make sure you feel comfortable with sleeping right above a busy city street. I like my guests to be happy, so if noise is a concern for you, please find another option that is better suited for your needs. If you are not concerned about this, I am confident that you will have a wonderful time!
-Thousands of smoke dispensaries have started opening up all around the city and you will find one right near the townhouse. This is the new normal in NY but I like to make sure you are aware and comfortable its proximity before booking
-The apartment is all yours and I want you to feel at home! Please keep in mind, by staying here, you agree to have me, my assistant, my cleaning crew, or the repair man stop by the apartment if needed. This could be in response to a guest request, to refill supplies, to take out the garbage in accordance with NYC regulations, to make sure everything is going well and working properly, etc. We will always give a heads up beforehand.
-You also agree to have the security camera in the staircase before entering the apartment. This is for your security and the security of both of our belongings. You agree to keep it plugged in for your entire stay.
