Welcome to Hillside Studio in Duck. This charming studio is steps from the ocean with its own private parking and access. Full bathroom, kitchenette, king bed, seating area and tv all make for a comfortable and peaceful stay... plus the beach is only a short walk away. Situated just three houses back from the ocean.. this is a great place for a couple to get away or a solo adventure. Please note: this is a STUDIO - meaning it is one room , about 200 sq ft. There is a king size bed and two chairs in the main room and a small kitchenette off of the room, as well as a full bathroom. The town of Duck is only a 5 minute drive with tons of restaurants and shops along the water!
My parents own this home and are here from time to time in the main home. This studio apartment is located on the ground level with private entrance and private parking.

Summary: The rental was small but charming. The renters hospitality was top notch. They stocked beer in fridge and put out chairs, a beach umbrella and surf boards for them to use. They even left notes on the fridge with all of their favorite places to go. The renters just thought of everything. What a wonderful experience!!!!!!!
