A Rare Private House in Hawaii! This family-friendly house is 'On the Water' with boat dock, swimming pool, amazing ocean and mountain views! Four bedrooms(sleeps 10) with AC in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen. It is the perfect Hawaiian Vacation home for a large family or multiple families. Conveniently located near Costco, Safeway, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, water sports and white sandy beaches. Just a quick 20 minute drive to Waikiki. Also, within minutes of the house are the Waimanalo beaches, Hanauma Bay Marine Sanctuary, Sea Life Park, hiking trails, Hawaii Kai Golf Course, horseback riding, water skiing, wake boarding, etc. WiFi internet access included. Garage for two vehicles and parking for 2 more on driveway. Our home is perfect for family and friends looking for a very affordable house and place to create memories. Aloha!

Summary: Aloha….I picked this area to stay as we lived on the island in this town in the mid 70’s. The home is spacious and clean. Beds are comfy. Communication with Darren was a breeze both before and during our stay. The house is close to all great things to do and see and close to grocery shopping. Has all that you need for eating in if you want. It is a quiet neighborhood. So peaceful to sit outside and watch the sun come up with coffee in hand in the comfy Adirondack chairs. One person in my party couldn't make the trip. We are already talking about when we can make the trip back to Hawaii Kai from the East coast. I know where I want to stay!!!
