This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom GULF FRONT condo is the perfect spot for your next family vacation! Right in the heart of Seacrest, and only minutes from Alys and Rosemary Beach, this condo has a location and views that can't be beaten! Guests staying in "Joy at the Beach" are offered a complimentary **beach chair and umbrella set up during their stay!! (Set-up includes: 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 table. **offered seasonally.)
Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen! This includes bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! If the views and the free credit aren't enough, this condo also offers its guests 6 backpack beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for use during your stay!
Upon entering the condo there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom on your left. The full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is shared with the queen suite and family room area. Coming out of the room down the hallway the views will steal the show from there! You will be able to take in the gorgeous views of the Emerald coast, while in the open-concept kitchen and family room! The kitchen is well appointed, and fully stocked for those dinner nights in, while the dining room table and bar provide ample seating for everyone in your group! The family room has comfortable seating for family movie night, or just for lounging the day away while taking in those unbeatable views! Off of the family room, you will find the Master suite, complete with a King bed and private full bathroom.
