This pet-friendly, fully furnished house is located in the heart of Downtown Mesa, with nearby light rail and freeway access. This beautiful craftsman home has a large kitchen fully equipped for all of your needs, plus a 65-inch TV, library/reading nook, and desk/WFH office area.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with attached master bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with a stowaway twin bed available as well, and the second bathroom includes a jetted bathtub. There is also a hot tub just outside the master bedroom that is cooled during summer months.
The large front yard is fully fenced in--perfect for friendly dogs! There is private, uncovered parking in the back of the property (accessed through a pass-through garage door).
All utilities are included--yes high speed internet too! There is an onsite property manager, so you don't have to worry about trash day, yard work, or any maintenance.
In this home you will be walking/biking distance to Downtown Mesa, including several local eateries and breweries, attractions like the Mesa Art Center and Museum of Natural History, and venues including Mesa Amphitheatre and the Nile. There is no shortage of things to do, and the City frequently hosts free events too! Not up for the walk? We have several bikes with locks available for use!
There is a studio apartment in the back of the property that is rented as well, with a separate area for dogs. Last thing--a 65-lb sulcata tortoise named Spike has an enclosure in the backyard. He keeps to himself but enjoys an occasional treat!
My husband and I lived in this house for several years and are now renting it out while we travel. This home will be available on VRBO for mid-term (30+ days with lease) rentals or occasionally for shorter stays in between tenants. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
