A cozy townhome right near the loop 101 and 202 (both are main highways) which makes it easier to get around town! The home can comfortably fit 6 people (5 adults, and 1 baby or toddler) - there is a pack n play in the second bedroom. The house is a less than a mile walk to Sloan Park in Mesa, and 4-5 miles away from both Mill Ave and Old Town Scottsdale. The house is also 1.5 miles from Tempe Marketplace and Mesa Riverview which has all essential stores.

The neighborhood is overall pretty quiet. Here are some guidelines for your stay:
- NO PARTIES. Please keep the noise levels down past 10:00 pm.
- No smoking inside AT ALL. Smoking on the property is only allowed on either patio in the unit.
- No pets.
- There is a pool and hot tub in the community. If you are going to use it, please be respectful.
- There is one covered parking spot assigned to the unit. There are guest and street parking within the community. Guests may only park in UNCOVERED spots or else you may be towed. You are responsible for your own vehicles.
- There is a grill on the property that you are able to use. We will provide propane for all guests. Please keep it clean!

Summary: My daughter and I were in town to visit family and this was the perfect location to entertain. The living room has two couches +2 chairs so we had plenty of room. Have never stayed at a vacation rental that was so well stocked…had everything you could need and more. We felt the location was in a good area and was beautifully maintained. The beds are comfortable, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Emma was flexible with us about our arrival time. We could not have been more pleased.
