Relax with your family and friends at First Chair Cabin, a mountain home a mile from downtown Breckenridge! Fully remodeled in the fall of '22 this home is nestled in aspens and pines with incredible views of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Cook with the all new Bosch appliances, enjoy cozy bathrooms with in floor heating, and soak in the private hot tub after a day of skiing, golfing or enjoying the trails right outside your door. We’ll check in with you before during and after your trip, but if you need anything just send us a message or give us a call! Our house is right off of Boreas Pass Rd set in a small enclave of three other homes. Our neighbors are locals and visitors alike! You are just a short drive (and in the summer a walk) away from downtown Breckenridge. There are also bus stops (free bus) less than a quarter mile below and above the property. We do highly recommend having your own 4 wheel drive vehicle - especially in the winter! You must use stairs to access this home and all 3 of its levels. 4 wheel drive is required in the winter and advisable in the summer as we do have a steep section of driveway.
