As you enter the home, you will find a spacious mud room at the front of the house that is separated from the main living space by an additional door. Perfect for storing and keeping your outdoor gear organized, the mud room is complete with a built-in bench and coat rack, providing ample space for your gear. From the mud room open the second door into the home where you will be greeted by the open dining room and kitchen area. This bright space features a dining table with seating for 6 just to the right of the door, a perfect spot for enjoying meals with your group or playing some rounds of cards to unwind after a day of adventures. Adjacent to the dining room is the open and fully-equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen features spacious countertops, a full range of appliances, and a kitchen bar with 3 bar stools, offering a great spot for grabbing quick snacks or additional dining space for larger groups.
Make your way down the hallway, where you will find a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and an enclosed shower. Conveniently located in the bathroom is a full-size washer and dryer unit, making it easy to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.

In the fall the Boreas Pass turns into an explosion of fall colors from the aspens changing colors making for a beautiful scenic drive. In the wintertime, you are less than 15 minutes away from Breckenridge Ski Resort and under 10 minutes from the BreckConnect Gondola getting you out on the slopes in no time. For those traveling between November to May, AWD/4WD drive is required.
