Home is fully furnished and includes all utilities except Propane which will be guests responsibility. Hot Tub! Located across the street from Lake Hatcher Lake which is a trophy lake for you fisherman out there. Lake is fully stocked and access is included in the HOA dues the owners pay. You will also have access to the Rec center which houses the indoor salt water pool, jacuzzi, weight room and more!

Summary: We really enjoyed our month stay at Lake Hatcher. It had everything we needed and then some. The property Mgr. Responded quickly when I called about trash pick up and getting the remote for the garage. I would definitely stay again !
