Our one-story home is located in the beautiful Lake Hatcher area. We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully stocked modern kitchen, & a full-sized washer and dryer. We have fast Wi-Fi, brand new smart TVs in every room, & we offer plenty of puzzles, games, and DVDs for entertainment. We are 15 minutes from DT Pagosa Springs & 40 minutes from the Wolf Creek Ski Area which is famous for having “the most snow in Colorado”. STR Permit # 036140. Our property is newly built (2020) and highly energy efficient. The in-floor radiant heating and gas fireplace will keep you plenty warm during the winter months. You can spend your days here soaking in the mountain views from the back patio or walking the neighborhood trail system that can be accessed immediately across the street. We are located just 15 minutes from all that downtown Pagosa has to offer! Evenings can be spent cozying up to the warm fire, cooking a nice meal, drinking wine, watching a movie, or star gazing on the back patio! Our property is located on a flat, easily accessible lot with no immediate neighbors in any direction. Although 4 wheel drive is always recommended in Colorado, it should not be needed to access our property and get around DT Pagosa. The Master has a luxury King-sized bed, the 2nd room has a Twin XL loft bed with a loveseat couch underneath. The third room offers a large double-sized bed. We have a small bassinet swing available for newborns and a pack-n-play crib that can accommodate newborn twins as well. Pagosa Springs is a year-round recreational wonderland with record-high snowfalls and majestic waterfalls. Experience beauty and adventure while staying in comfort and style. There is room for 4 vehicles on our concrete driveway. The trail system is located directly across the street for walking or biking around the area. We are always available via phone, text, or email and we do have a local property manager/caretaker who lives on the same street if in-person help is ever needed during your stay. We are located in the Pagosa Lakes Property Association and Lake Hatcher is just a short, 1/2 mile walk away! Highland Park is also just a short walk away and has a great playground for the kids and miles of hiking and biking trails. The neighborhood-designated walking trails are accessed immediately across the street from our house!! For a daily fee of $8 per person, you can have access to the rec center which has an Olympic size pool, a full fitness center, pickleball/racketball/basketball courts & work our rooms. There are four lakes in Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association and you can get a permit to fish at the rec center as well. Inflatable SUPs and kayaks can be used on the lakes but if you have a regular kayak/SUP you’ll need a permit that you can obtain at the rec center. The neighborhood is very quiet and easily accessible with no steep, icy roads or embankments to deal with during the winter months. Coyote hill sledding and hiking is around the corner and less than a 5-minute drive! There is room for a total of 4 vehicles in our driveway. You can walk or bike around the neighborhood trail system which is located immediately across from our property, but a car is needed to explore downtown Pagosa, and all that the area has to offer in the way of shopping and restaurants. There are uber & Lyft options, and there is also a shuttle available to take people to and from the ski resort each day for a fee of $30 round trip. No smoking in the garage or near the front or back doors! Snow is so prolific here that the resort typically opens in October, giving it one of the longest seasons in the country.
