Beautiful gardens and lawn areas surround this hideaway being the envy of many.
Listen to the birds, and you might even spot a kangaroo or 2 as your gaze out of the windows.
Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained house with own separate entrance, located in Mt Riverview (the name says it all )just over an hour from the CBD.
Located in a tree lined cul-de-sac with complete privacy and uninterrupted 180 degree views to the city skyline.
Wake to the sound of birds, and the fresh air of the mountains.
Tennis courts and local shops 300 metres up the road.
Easy drive up the mountain to the gorgeous Leura and Katoomba.
The property sits on a 4000m2 block feel free to use the 14m pool, wander through the bushland and valley at the rear of the property that leads down to the Nepean River, or just sit and take in the views from many various spots on the property.
Most rooms of the house have views. The main bedroom (queen bed) with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms (double beds) are a good size and super comfy both with built in wardrobes. The large main bathroom has a spabath. There is also a sofa bed in the loungeroom if needed.
We can supply a cot and highchair on request (please let us know when booking).
There are 2 living areas one more of a reading, chill area the other with smart TV, bluetooth connection with a great sound system to play your music.
Fully equiped kitchen, we always supply a light breakfast (bread, milk spreads, cereals, tea, coffee, juice and a bottle of wine on arrival.)
Your own private courtyard has a BBQ set up for your use.
There is parking for 1 car but plenty of street parking.
