1 Bedroom Apartment in Emu Plains, Penrith

A large space in a charming heritage house in a beautiful picturesque natural setting on the bank of the Nepean River. This portion of the house has large living areas, high ceilings, and a large bedroom decked out with new beds. Generous windows allow you to take in the spectacular view.
I’m not interested in wild noisy groups. This property suits a small family. There is a large king bed in a large bedroom with en suite. There are 3 single beds in the other rooms ideal for children.
The view of the river is truly spectacular. Meters from the back of the house is a high river bank with uninterupted panaramic views. You can enjoy the amazing view with the entire back of the house covered in very large windows. There is also a glass sun room with 3 walls of window with surround water views. The river bank is safely fenced off.
The house is an historic heritage house that is 100 years old and was build for the Mayer of Penrith on the most prime passel of land in Penrith. Do not expect a new home. It is not fully restored. Expect high ceilings but not high tech.
You will have to clean up after yourself please. It's a large space and would be difficult for me to get it all cleaned if the mess is widespread. You will be liable for damage or profeesional cleaning for unreasonable mess.
While you are staying you will be able to call me on the moble any time and I'll be happy to help out with whatever you want. I may not answer first time but I will call back. If there is something needed I'll be happy to consider adding it to make the place more comfortable. A microwave was recently added as I was told it's often used for child meal preperation.
