Summary: It is advertised to accommodate 30 people but the main gathering area had a love seat, sofa and 18 wood chairs. The space was cramped for our 25 family members and we were 3 chairs short of all to have a place to sit. The cabin is old and drafty. When we arrived the heat would not start, it was 62 degrees. After two different visits from two technicians we had heat for a short time as it went out again in the night. Temperatures dropped to the low 20's outside that night. Everyone was cold and did not sleep well. The heat was permanently fixed around noon the following day. The cabin is older and drafty. We have rented large cabins the past 14 years, twice in 7 of those years and this was by far the most disappointing of any cabin rented.
