With a fully stocked kitchen, and luxurious bedding, we hope you can sit back and relax in this home away from home in beautiful Sedona
Upstairs:
Master suite: 1 king bed with en-suite bathroom
bedroom 2: queen bed
Downstairs:
Bedroom 1: King bed and a twin day bed
Living room: queen sized sleeper sofa
There is an additional bed in a built in stair nook that is a twin size. It would be suited well for a small person/child
There is a pack n play in the upstairs and one in the downstairs
Road Construction Update:
5/2/25: The road is now paved, and there is no more dirt path or tractors on the way to the home. Road work is fully complete by this home and is now only up the road.
1. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes in the home or near the premise.
2. No unauthorized parties or events of any kind per strict Sedona event ordinance.
3. No pets, emotional support animals, or service animals of any kind due to increased health risk to the owner
4. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am per strict Sedona noice ordinance
5. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
Sedona is a dark sky community to preserve the natural environment and increase the astronomical viewing to residents and guests. Because of this, lights are not permitted outside after 9pm.
Breaking rules is subject to fines of $1000 plus damages done to the property
Additional costs may be collected for missing remotes and towels.

Summary: This home is beautiful and the long range views are breathtaking, perfect view of Snoopy Rock from the deck. Located walking distance to main street for shopping and dining. The Pink Jeep tour is an absolute must do! There were some minor issues within the home, which Erik was very quick to respond and resolve. During our stay there was major road construction on the road leading to the home and directly in front of the home, which caused some issues for us. Even though Erik had no control over this, he was very kind and understanding about our concerns.After the road construction is complete, this will be the perfect home for a stay in Sedona. Erik is a wonderful property manager, very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
