In uptown you will find fabulous shops, art galleries, restaurants, jeep and helicopter tours and more. Sedona is also a perfect place to renew and recharge with its world class spas and retreats that will have you looking and feeling your absolute best. This home is also walking distance to Oak Creek where you can swim in fresh water and enjoy a picnic in natures most beautiful spots.
This rustic elegant home built in 2007 has 18 foot windows to enjoy the breathtaking 180 degree views, a large gourmet kitchen with top of the line GE Monogram appliances and two dishwashers, granite countertops and beautiful cherry cabinetry. It has an open floor plan that boasts hand carved maple wood floors and solid log beams on the ceiling, a huge comfy leather couch and a wood burning fireplace.
The master ensuite is elegantly decorated with a spectacular view of the Red Rocks and a stoned gas fireplace. The master bath has a huge soaking tub with granite and travertine throughout and a separate standing glass shower. There is also a separate water closet with its own bidet.
The other bedrooms are nicely appointed and have beautiful views as well. The other bathrooms have beautiful granite, cabinetry, and travertine throughout as well.
There is also a lower level which has a great room, kitchenette and a very large ensuite bedroom with a king-size bed. You and your family will love to gather and enjoy a game of pool, foosball or pingpong in the great room while keeping warm with the stone gas fireplace. There is also a comfy couch and wall unit with a large smart TV. The kitchenette has a full sized refrigerator and stove as well as a dining room table.
The oversized hot tub, also on the lower level, is a perfect way to end your day after experiencing all the outdoor activities, shopping and dining that Sedona has to offer.
