Incredibly quiet & friendly community. A fully equipped kitchen provides all you need to create your favorite meals. Stream your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV in the primary living room. Added benefits include free Wi-Fi, a private washer and dryer, and a Gas Grill. A private garage adds even more convenience.
AMENITIES INCLUDED:
MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed, dresser, TV, two chairs, and walk-in closet, on suite bathroom.
SECOND BEDROOM: Queen Bed, small dresser, chair, adjacent to second bath.
FAMILY ROOM: Leather reclining couch, chairs, Smart TV w/Roku so you can enjoy Sling or login to your favorite streaming accounts. The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large window and sliding glass door with views of the golf course and beautiful Arizona sunset.
FORMAL LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM: Beautiful dining room table expandable for up to eight friends or family, sectional couch and sitting area.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, all appliances, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, and spices -- everything you will need.
BREAKFAST NOOK: Table for four in front of large sliding glass door with views of golf course and access to the screened patio.
FRONT COURTYARD: Seating for two w/table for your morning coffee/tea.
SCREENED PATIO: Table for four, a sitting area for two and a propane gas grill.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer, Dryer, utility sink, iron/ironing board, and a cabinet for folding clothes and hanging rack.
GARAGE: Two parking spots and two bicycles.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• The property is in a 55+ only community. Per HOA requirements, at least 1 guest during your stay must be 55+ and all other guests 19+.
• There is an AC fee from June - September. ($150 month)
• This property is rented for 30-day minimum increments, preferred check-in is the first day of the month with checkout is the last day of the month.
• To provide an additional layer of security for our guests, this property features an exterior security video doorbell. There are NO interior cameras.
• This home is in the fly-over zone for Luke Air Force Base, and you will occasionally hear the sounds of freedom from the jets training. We enjoy this special treat, but this may be an item you should consider prior to booking. We do not issue refunds due to complaints about the jet noise.
• We will provide cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and hair dryer for your convenience. (Monthly Rentals only) (2 months or more must supply their own after initial inventory is depleted)
• House has Wi-Fi, and each TV is equipped with Roku to watch Sling TV or you can log into your own streaming services or just use an antenna for local channels.
• Community amenities are optionally available with the purchase of an activity card. Only 2 activity cards may be purchased per stay. The activity card and daily fees for additional guests can be paid for on-site upon arrival.
