Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was perfect. Very quiet and safe area. Had grocery, banks and pharmacy very conveniently close by. Was a very roomy layout, with an enclosed porch for extra seating and gathering. Had all the basic necessities for comfort. Use of enclosed garage and washer and dryer were a plus.
Negative: My only negative’s would be the 2 back bedrooms were very warm despite turning the A/C down. The A/C was working, as the rest of the house was cool and comfortable. It was just difficult to sleep to the point we slept a few nights on the couches. The showers/bathtub inserts are very slippery and hazardous. While they do have multiple hands rails, most small children or older folks would have a difficult time getting in or not slipping, especially the guest bath.
Summary: Very safe quiet area; great value for a getaway
