This cabin has it all!! If you want a spacious cabin for you and your gang? Then come spend some time at this modern, charming cabin! You will enter the cabin into a large foyer with rustic stone floors. To your right you will enter the 1st King bedroom. This bedroom boasts a modern rod iron king bed, you will find luxury bedding throughout the entirety of this cabin that's just picture perfect! Across the foyer you will enter the 2nd King bedroom. Here you will find much of the same well appointed decor. The King bed is rod iron and very chic, with delightful bedding! Back out into the foyer you will enter the sitting room, here you will find the perfect place to take a load off, coxy up, reminisce and marvel at the gorgeous rustic rock from floor to ceiling fireplace. The sitting room features a large sectional, you will find it so inviting, you'll feel as though you have been missing out! Out of the sitting room, you will enter a hallway which will host a full bath featuring a shower/tub combo. Across from the 1st King bedroom, you will find the Master en suite bedroom. Into the Master you have the 3rd King bed, made for a King! The bedding here is luxurious! The Master bedroom also boasts a large en suite bathroom with the most inviting jetted bathtub, big enough to melt away the day and put you on cloud 9! The Master bath also has a walk-in shower, his/ her vanities, and a large walk-in closet. Separate toilet with door as well. This spacious house could stop there but it does not!!
Into the very well-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook up a feast or just a romantic brunch! The possibilities are endless with a professional Viking Gas Range, giving you the best right at your fingertips! After all, cooking is love made edible! In the heart of the cabin, you will find a cheerful dining area with a beautiful farmhouse style table that has a modern twist, it seats 6 with more sitting around the large center island bar.
Just off the kitchen area is the laundry room. Through the laundry room you will enter the best space in town! This spacious area hosts 2 hideaway leather sofa beds, a pool table, ping pong table and a large flat screen TV for all those entertaining movies or game day celebrations! This room is where you can spend countless hours of family fun making memories!
Back through the foyer, the grand entry staircase will take you to the spacious 2nd story. The 4th and 5th King bedrooms, a set of twin bunk beds, twin trundle, and the 3rd full bathroom is located on the 2nd level.
Not one of your guests will feel left out because much the same as the first 3 king bedrooms, the upstairs beds feature beautiful and comfy linens! Between the two bedrooms upstairs you cross a catwalk that gives you great views of the sitting room below.
Outside you will find a large ranch house style porch, stretching the length of the house overlooking the swimming pool. Perfect for rocking chairs and watching the sunrise or set!! Cool off in the huge swimming pool in the Oklahoma heat after a long day of hiking or activities. Around back you will find a large, covered patio with views like no other. From here watch the abundant wildlife right at your back door or watch a gorgeous mountain sunset!! The back patio is complete with a gas grill for your use.
So, come down and take a gander around, relax, rewind, and spend that time you have been missing out on! The best part is you can look up into the clear night sky and you will see all the stars!! In the summertime you will probably even see some fireflies! Now, that is a good time just waiting on the whole gang!

POOL RULES: Absolutely no running, jumping, or diving in pool and or pool area. NO GLASS IN POOL AREA. NO PETS IN POOL AREA. NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT OWN RISK.
In consideration of using the pool, and or pool area all guests agree to assume all responsibility and liability for safety, monitoring, and inspections of pool, and pool area and the person that reserved unit and or the person that reply to agreement by booking are responsible to make sure all guests know and follow all rules and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner, manager, and or anyone associated with owner and or manager for any actions resulting from injuries to guest and/or guest occupants or guests. The guests are responsible for keeping all gates locked and the swimming pool secured at all times. The guests are responsible to ensure NO ONE under the age of 18 is left unattended by a parent or guardian AT ANYTIME. The guests are responsible for the full cost that may be due for repair and/or replacement of the swimming pool that is required as a result of negligence by the guest or the guests occupants or guest. Anyone violating these rules will be ask to leave the property immediately without refund.
Maximum Occupancy: 18 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.
NOT pet friendly - Failure to comply with a cabin’s “No Pets” policy will result in a charge of an additional $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. Service animals MUST be registered PRIOR to arrival with proof of certification.
Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not guaranteed. BBLC is not responsible for speed or reliability.
***With advanced notice, you can order a celebration package such as champagne or wine, souvenir wine glasses, chocolates, and roses/petals.
S’mores and stories around the fire pit are a must! Notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival and we will have the ingredients for s’mores and firewood delivered and ready for your stay. Refunds cannot be given for unused firewood. See concierge for more information.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish washing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, iron/ironing board, towels, and linens.
Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.
We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
Indoor Fireplaces are seasonal October-May.
