Desert Ficus is a stunning four-bedroom home on two levels, just under 2,000 square feet of luxury living.
Enjoy the California sun in a private pool with new pebble-tec finish, outdoor patio with natural gas barbeque, and cozy fire table lounging. At night, the pool lights up in a color show under a canopy of fairy string lights.
Kitchen and Dining:
This vacation home opens up to the spacious gourmet kitchen. The remodeled fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Samsung refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, new oven and range, microwave and dishwasher. It features a huge 4x6 quartz kitchen island. Enjoy meals at the dinning room with dining for eight next to a natural gas fireplace or enjoy company at the island with seating for eight.
Living:
The Living room features a new 70” Samsung Smart TV and new sectional sofa where two people could also sleep comfortably. A mini "dedicated workspace" with desk and bookcase off to the side features books and board games. it's close to the internet router in case you need a hardwired Ethernet connection. French doors lead to the outdoor patio and dining.
Four Bedrooms (all upstairs):
-Primary Suite is located upstairs and features a Queen-sized Bed, views of the pool ceiling fan and large walk-in closet. Private, ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower with rainfall showerhead and two vanity sinks. Includes premium folding bed with 5 inch memory foam mattress. (sleeps 3). Includes 58 inch Samsung Smart TV.
-Bedroom 1 features two Twin-XL beds, ceiling fan and reach in closet. (sleeps 2)
-Bedroom 2 features a Queen-sized Bed, ceiling fan and reach-in closet. (sleeps 2)
-Bedroom 3 features a Queen-sized Bed, bookcase, desk and ceiling fan and reach-in closet. Includes a second premium folding bed with 5 inch memory foam mattress. (sleeps 3)
-These three bedrooms share a bathroom with beautiful new tile, rainfall showerhead and single vanity. An additional powder room is located on the first floor.
Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Natural gas grill. No propane needed
Please note that the furnishings and decor may not be exactly the same as in the pictures as they get replaced from time to time. Various supplies, kitchen appliances, tools and toys are in the house and available for your use. Although we inspect these items after guests check out and/or before guests check in, we cannot guarantee that they are in perfect working condition or safe for your intended use. If you have any questions about how to operate something, please ask.
Pets are welcome and there is a pet fee of $35. If your pet is not a dog that is medium sized or smaller, please inquire first about suitability. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate wolf breeds, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepards, Great Danes, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.
The pool can be heated for $75 per night during Fall, Winter and Spring months. Pool heating is usually not necessary in the Summer. The Hot Tub/Spa is $25 per night.
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for the reservation. 24 hours before check in, your card will be charged a preauthorized hold, which will be cancelled 48 hours after check out. You will always be notified if there is an issue that requires some or all of the deposit to be withheld.
Please review the Rental Agreement/House Rules before booking. There are security cameras located on the property: front door, driveway, backyard, sideyard. They are recording but not monitored during your stay. It's for liability purposes and to ensure proper maintenance (pool cleaning, gardening, after strong wind events etc.)
