Built according to the Cycladic architecture the house is situated in a complex of private houses on top of the cliff with easy access from the private parking area.The elegant villa is naturally aired, open onto 2 beautiful furnished verandas with exceptional views and memorable sunsets over the old castle, the landscape and the sea. The villa is fully equipped to host 2 couples or family of 5p
The space
The residence of 108 m2 surface suitable to host up to 5 guests is set amongst beautiful gardens and is divided into three levels
1. Upper level encompasses a bedroom area with a queen-sized bed, bathroom and a veranda with 2 sunbeds for those who want to relax under the sun in an ambience of infinite sky and stunning views of Ioulis, the Aegean Sea and surrounding landscape.
2. Mid level where is the main entrance to the residence, features an open plan modern kitchen fully equipped, one WC and the living room area with a comfortable couch, a wall-fitted TV. The living area opens to the large outside veranda furnished with dining table, chairs, bench and steps to a small private garden with lavender, thyme, daphnia and olive trees as well as an open-air shower.
3. Ground level bedroom area features a queen-sized bed and a sofa (bed) with en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, and direct access to a small private courtyard.
Wi-Fi is free and villa comes with LCD TV and hi-fi system. The owner has enriched the house with an extensive library of books covering many genres including art, history, and classical literature.
