The 100 square meters elegant villa, is a place that has been created with love and attention to the details, overlooking to the port of Kea, offering breathtaking views to the sunset and nearby islands.
Following the island’s traditional architectural style, the villa is made of local stone on the outside and large verandas overlooking at the port and the infinite Aegean blue. The house is spanning over two levels and possesses a lovely garden, extended in three levels, full of herbs and various aegean plants and flowers. At the upper level there is a spacious terrace with a pergola-covered dining area, under which there is a monastery wooden table that accommodates up to 8 people. The main level consists of the entrance, the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that sits up to 6 people, a spacious living room with a built in fireplace, a roof fan, TV, DVD and CD player and a WC. At the ground level there is a stylish master bedroom (king size bed) with en suite bathroom and a cosy double bedroom (queen size bed) with bathroom and shower. Both rooms open to the ground level terrace and have access to the garden.
