The screened in balcony is accessible from the living area and offers a beautiful lake and golf course view. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather over a cup of coffee or brunch. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and dining area off the living. A king in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom.
WIFI included. Cable and streaming available in the living and master bedroom. One assigned covered parking spot. Beach chairs & umbrellas available. All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Country Creek are: $200 application fee and $350 transfer of membership
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
