The property is located at the periphery of the typical Tuscan village of Colle di Compito, south of Lucca. The village close by can be reached on foot. The apartment is very cosy with beamed ceilings the décor is simple, but reflects the Tuscan tradition and fits in well so that the ambience is emphasized. The property has three other apartments for rent. The owners live next door.

On the upper floor are three double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. There is a second bathroom on the groundfloor with shower, entrance from the terrace.
