Summary: We had a late check in, since we were driving through to a family reunion. When we arrived around 11:10 the lady at the front cancelled my reservation because she already was attempting to charge my card before even checking in, but thankfully my card denied the transaction because it flagged me and I denied it. The lady made a comment that my card was expiring … unprofessional. Then the hotel checked me out at 10, when the lady that checked me in said checkout was at 11! Thankfully their breakfast was decent to make up for all the inconvenience service. They offer breakfast at a later time which was also a plus.
