There is also a subdivision loop perfect for walking exercise.
We are less than 5 miles to interstate I-40 and just a few minutes drive to many local and chain restaurants. min. Pigeon Forge family attractions are 15 min, Douglas Lake is 15 mins, Grocery and Mall Outlet Shopping 15-20 min. Hiking in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is 30 min, World's Largest Buc-cee's is only 10 mins. SO, SO MANY THINGS TO DO AROUND HERE!
Anytime Fitness and Billiards, within 5 mins, Gas stations, 1-5 min. University of Tennessee Campus, Knoxville 25-30 min, Johnson Bible College 15 min.
Cleaner, nicer and much larger than a hotel room. Stay here and enjoy privacy and over 835 sq feet of space to stretch out. Bedroom 17.6 ×13, Kitchen 15 x 15.6, LR 23.6 × 12.5 and more!
No washer or dryer, but there is an iron & ironing board and a super nice coin laundromat within a 3 minute drive.
We are on site. We do not bother our guest and we respect their privacy. You will receive a greeting at check-in and wave in passing. If needs arise during your stay you are welcome to call/text or communicate in person.
