Sun Splash is a favorite among families and groups, offering tons of space for privacy and relaxation. The main floor also includes a queen bedroom with a private bath, ideal for those who prefer not to climb stairs or have mobility issues! Upstairs, guests will discover two stunning king bedrooms that share a bath, and a game area, complete with a multi-arcade machine, a foosball table, and bunkbeds for additional sleeping arrangements. The lower level of the cabin features a fabulous private swimming pool, hot tub, and a 1/2 bath for added convenience! Summary: A group of seven of us went to Tennessee for a friends bachelorette. This house was perfect for what we needed, plenty of space, good location, and the views were amazing. Clean house, very comfortable beds, and great amenities. Comments from the friend group: - Initially concerned about splinters considering it's fully wood, but great surprise nothing got snagged or anything. -Would have liked more linens available, but wasn't a huge problem considering the washer and dryer. -Considering it's location, wish there was a floodlight out front where the car gets parked, but maybe we just missed the switch for it. -All of the decks looking out back were great, especially with the hot tub, just wish there was some sort of outdoor table or furniture more than just a few small side tables and rockers.
